1. How do I get a
prescription? United States
orders require a valid prescription. Please have your
doctor write a prescription and fax it to Conceivex, Inc. at
616-642-0257.
In
Canada you can order the
Conception Kit without a prescription.
2. How long does it take to receive my
Conception Kit?
Once Conceivex receives your prescription the order is filled
and shipped. It
takes one business day for the prescription to be filled and three
business days to ship. Your Conception Kit should reach you in less than one
week.
3. How is my Conception Kit
shipped?
The Conception Kit is shipped domestically by UPS and is $115 for expedited international shipping via DHL.
4. As
a patient does insurance cover the Conception Kit?
The Conception Kit is now covered by many health insurance plans. The co-pay (your portion) varies from plan to plan, but is $25-$50 for most patients. As each insurance plan is unique, simply call Conceivex at 1-616-642-6366 during business hours Monday-Friday (9 to 5 EST) to see if your policy covers the kit. Please have your insurance card available when you call.
