Conception Journal
Every Conception Kit includes a Conception Journal with instructions and helpful hints on what a couple can do to enhance their chances of becoming pregnant. The Conception Journal also contains a diary/chart that your patient should be strongly encouraged to complete daily while using the Conception Kit. Charting will give you and your patient insight as to when ovulation is occurring. Charting will also provide accurate information for you as the medical provider if your patient should need to go further in her quest to conceive.
If a Journal or Instruction for Use book is lost or misplaced the patient can go to the Free Resource section of this web site and download the booklet that is needed.
