Conception Journal
Every Conception Kit includes a Conception Journal with helpful hints on what a couple can do to enhance their chances of becoming pregnant. The Conception Journal also contains a diary/chart that should be completed daily while using the Conception Kit. Charting will give you insight as to when ovulation is occurring. In addition to the daily chart the Conception Journal contains a Medical Appointment Record. In the Medical Appointment Record you will record the purpose of the appointment and medication prescribed. Both of these charts will provide accurate information for your medical provider if you need to go further in your quest to conceive.
